"We were doing the 'Old Town Trail' and the 'Puffin Trail' and fund ourselves in desperate need of the 'facilities' as the public toilets nearby were closed! So a cuppa and a bacon sandwich were a good excuse to use the loo and have a pit stop! It was a tasty sandwich. There are antiques for sale upstairs and in the garden at the back. A pleasant interlude. Total price was £12. Date of visit: August 2022"

"We went here following advice from a local whilst on a day trip. Lovely old building internally but as it was a lovely summers day we opted for the garden area out the back, loads of seating in a glorious cottage garden. Wonderful smily service by all the staff. Broccili quiche & salad for the wife, i had the "Wolds" plough mans. Wonderful fresh salad with both etc and plenty for lunch..Tea for 2 did us for about 4 cups each...Piece of cake each to take away for later all under £30...Definitely visit again if in the area....Highly recommended.
